Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Professional and articulate voice.
  • Excellent verbal and listening skills
  • Home office that is noise & distraction free
  • Excels working in a fast paced environment with evolving business needs

  • Ability to provide superior customer service while navigating multiple systems including the use of chat to ask and receive internal support

Technical Support Representative


  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accountability and Coach-ability
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Outgoing, fun & energetic with an upbeat personality

Hardware and Software


  • POTS Line
  • USB Headset
  • Operation system – Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10
  • A separate computer monitor (19” or larger) with 1280×1024 minimum resolution
  • All peripherals must be wired (Wireless Keyboard, Mouse, or Headset are NOT allowed)
  • Internet speed – download speed 5 MB; upload speed 3 MB DSL, Cable, or Fiber required – WiFi, WiMax, Satellite, dial-up, and/or Hotspots are NOT compatible
  • Desktop or Laptop 4GB of Ram, Dual Core 2 GHz, Free Hardware Space 20GB. (Apple/Mac, Tablets, Smart devices, Chromebook, & Android systems are NOT compatible)
